Privacy Notice

This notice explains how TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD (“TVK Labs”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data in connection with tvk.group. It is designed for UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 transparency and, where applicable, EU GDPR transparency requirements.

Automated decision-making

tvk.group does not use solely automated decision-making on this corporate website that produces legal or similarly significant effects unless a specific service clearly states otherwise and provides the legally required information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to provide site functionality and security. Non-essential cookies, local storage, analytics or advertising technologies must not be activated before valid consent where consent is required.
