TVK Group operates digital systems, blockchain infrastructure, and tokenized ecosystems. Our Services may include:

• Validator portals and staking dashboards
• Decentralized identity systems (e.g., Q-Presence, TVK ID)
• AI-driven applications (e.g., Ava Santé, Sentient Signals)
• Smart contract interfaces, token tools, and DePIN modules
• Public communication channels, educational content, and data feeds

5. Use of Tokens and Smart Contracts

We provide interfaces and tooling for utility-based token interactions. Tokens (e.g., ENK, ENM, AVS, SNT) are not financial securities and should not be treated as investment instruments.

Your on-chain activity, including transactions and staking, is recorded on public ledgers. TVK Group does not have access to your private keys or custodial control. You agree to use token systems responsibly and comply with local laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, whitepapers, diagrams, smart contract code (unless open-sourced), and trademarks are the intellectual property of TVK Group Holding LTD or its affiliates. No part of the content may be reused, redistributed, or modified without express written permission, unless otherwise published under a permissive open-source license.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Engage in phishing, smart contract exploits, or network attacks
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with TVK Group

• Any loss of tokens, reputation, data, or network participation
• Security breaches arising from user-side vulnerabilities
• Downtime, software bugs, or infrastructure failures
• Regulatory changes affecting access or performance

Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid (if any) by you for accessing our Services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
